If you are considering moving house but all of the costs are holding you back, there may be an option that could help you get moving?

GO D.I.Y is a new homesales package from GO Property Services that looks after all the marketing of your property, but then puts you in control of the deal once the viewings start.

Phil Wardle from GO explains more, “GO D.I.Y will appeal to homeowners that want to save themselves a bit of money by handing the sale of their home themselves. We’ll market their home professionally in all the important places, like Rightmove & Zoopla, and we’ll send any interested parties direct to the seller, who can then agree a price. Unlike a lot of web based offers, the GO D.I.Y option gives sellers a full professional marketing package from a local estate agency with a Shop Front presence".

With GO D.I.Y there is no commission to pay on completion. Instead there is fee of £495 + vat which is paid in advance.

For this you get:

  • Property Appraisal and Valuation
  • ‘For Sale’ Board
  • Wide-Angle Marketing Photos
  • Drafting of Marketing Particulars
  • Advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and more
  • The option to upgrade to a full service package at any stage should you wish to.

If you want your property to stand out from the crowd, you could choose to have a floor plan added or make your property a ‘Premium Listing’ on all of the websites.

To get the ball rolling and arrange a property appraisal and valuation, call GO Property Services on 0115 9629770.
