Diane Star Performer - 31.07.14

Every month we like to highlight all the great work done by all the wonderful property professionals at GO Property Services during the previous month. ‘Striving to treat every property as if it is our own’ has always been our guiding principle, so each month we like to put the spot-light on the individual that has done the most to go the extra mile for clients and really ‘treated it like their own’.

This month’s winner is long overdue for Star Performer recognition. It is well known that this person always strives to do their best for landlords and treats every property as if it were their own, but as someone who prefers to recognise the achievements of others over themselves, the praise of others has always come first. As well as providing the best possible service to landlords, they are also known for being a supportive and motivating colleague too. By leading from the front, providing second to none training to staff and always being there for colleagues (often out of hours), her team feel supported and encouraged to follow her example to provide the same industry-leading customer service to clients that she does.

The winner of this month’s Star Performer award is none other than Lettings Manager extraordinaire, Diane Bown.

‘I'm absolutely thrilled with how Di has taken on the Letting Manager role’, commented Director Jonathan Detheridge. ‘GO Property Services is lucky to have such an exceptional manager leading the team in such a supportive and motivating way, whilst having the admiration of her colleagues’.

Keen to put credit where credit is due, Di would like thank all of the team for their hard work over a busy summer month and has made a few special mentions below.

Phil for all his hard work with sales. House sellers really warm to him and he breaks his back for them to ensure things run smoothly and sales complete.

Kayleigh has continued to get good results with property maintenance requests and continues to work above and beyond the call of duty doing inventory preparation and answering emails out of hours at home.

Giulia has put some excellent deposit disputes together which has led to excellent results for landlords.

Ashleigh's customer services is great, she has an excellent telephone manner and is friendly to visitors to the office, always wishing them a ‘good day’.
