After two years of searching and testing, we're upgrading to an award winning software company, Expert Agent. Expert Agent are at the forefront of cloud computing for Estate Agents and it provides us with a superb up-to-date platform that we can access from our desks, phones and tablets. The new system will bring some exciting benefits to the service you receive, including the ability for you to log-in to download copy statements and see viewing feedback from prospective tenants and purchasers. The switch will coincide with a slight change to the way rent statements are presented and will be sporting the new Granger & Oaks logo. We'll be starting to switch over in February, so look out for new style statements in your inbox.
