Every month we like to highlight all the great work done by all the wonderful property professionals at Granger & Oaks during the previous month. ‘Striving to treat every property as if it is our own’ has always been our guiding principle, so each month we like to put the spot-light on the individual that has done the most to go the extra mile for clients and really ‘treated it like their own’.

This month’s star performer has really been working hard all month and has done some very impressive work. They have put together three complex and thorough deposit dispute cases to the Deposit Protection Service and though very time consuming, they have managed to fit this in around all their other day to day work. The cases put forward were detailed and concise - the arguments really did show they were working in the clients best interest and “treating the property as if it were their own”. Not only did they do fantastic work with the deposit disputes, but all resulted in the desired outcome for clients.

This month’s very deserving winner is Property Manager, Sam Pearce!

Special mention this month also to Property Manager, Giulia McDonough who also won deposit dispute cases after putting together detailed and strong arguments. Well done Giulia, with the arguments like you and Sam put forward, we really are doing the best we can for our clients.
