The position would ideally suit an experienced sales person who is a well organised and an excellent communicator with a good working knowledge of the local area.
The Role will Include:
Making the most of every letting enquiry. Arranging and conducting viewings in the Greater Nottingham area. Negotiating lets and house sales with prospective tenants and house purchasers and liaising with landlords and vendors.

Good keyboard skills, including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Flexible working hours (normal hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm with one late start/finish a week (10.30am - 7pm), two late starts/finishes a week during the busier summer period + one in four Saturday mornings.
Car ownership (for probationary period) and a full driving license are essential.
