Every month we like to highlight all the great work done by all the wonderful property professionals at Granger & Oaks during the previous month. ‘Treating it like our own’ has always been our guiding principle, so each month we like to put the spot-light on the individual that has done the most to go the extra mile for clients and really ‘treated it like their own’.

This month several people have stood out for recognition, however, there can only be one winner. This month’s winner has only joined Granger & Oaks recently, but has quickly fitted in and become a very valued member of the team. They have worked extremely hard during one of our busiest times and performed like a seasoned property professional dealing with some complex scenarios within only a short period of time.

Yes, this month’s winner is Apprentice Property Administrator extraordinaire, Abbey Renshaw! Well done Abbey your hard work and dedication is an example to us all.

A special mention this month also goes to Property Administrator, Bernadette Cunnane for helping colleagues with some difficult procedures and issues recently. Your knowledge and understanding of industry practice has grown vastly and is immensely helpful to all.

It’s been a very busy month at Granger & Oaks and there have been many nominations for Star Performers for outstanding work and effort. However, there can only be one winner and though this month has been hotly contested, there is a stand out… and that person is Sales Negotiator extraordinaire Bali ‘sold it’ Sidhu!

Well done Bali, you continually go the extra mile for clients, proven by not 1, not 2, but 3 FIVE STAR reviews on facebook and google this month! As we've been so busy, you've been gleefully helping the lettings team all whilst juggling with your sales role... a grand job, well done!

A special mention this month goes to Senior Property Manager, Lauren Veale, for keeping everyone organised and motivated and dealing expertly with some ‘challenging’ tenants for the benefit of clients. Another special mention also goes to Tenancy Coordinator, Nicole Edwards, who as always provides a level head in the face of a challenge and has been fitting in some excellent training around the many tasks of a Tenancy Coordinator.

Very well done all!

This month’s winner has really stood out again by working hard, taking on anything and everything that she has been thrown at them whilst smiling throughout. They have taken on extra duties with great skill and even worked in their own time to complete them.

Yes, this month’s winner is taking the double and goes to Tenancy Coordinator, Extraordinaire, Nicole Edwards!

Well done Nicole, you’ve really taken on a lot recently and all with a chirpy disposition. The Star Performer trophy will be staying firmly on your desk for another month!

Special thanks also go to Property Administrator, Bernadette Cunnane and Senior Property Manager, Lauren Veale for also going the extra mile during a busy time.

The winner of the Star Performer Award this month has consistently shown that they treat every property as their own. They always give 100% and often take on tasks and responsibilities outside thier usual remit. They have very successfully taken on a small portfolio of properties and have really impressed with thier decisiveness when faced with making difficult decisions with the best interests of her clients in mind.

This month’s winner is none other than Tenancy Coordinator extraordinaire, Nicole Edwards!

Well done Nicole, you continue to work hard and take on board everything that is asked of you. You’ve really proven you can handle all the challenges you can face in residential lettings. You’re certainly getting the job done and treating your property portfolio as your own! The award has been buffed and shining on your desk.
