Granger & Oaks are ARLA licensed letting agents. Since we were first established in 2003, our mission has been to let & manage good quality accomodation to tenants that care. We do this by working hard, training our people, and providing our clients with simple, honest advice. The way we work is best summed up as 'we aim to treat every property as if it were our own'.

What do we do?

We take pride in the level of service we provides our landlords, and many of our current clients are more than happy to provide references. A sample of our testimonials can be found here... Our mission is to look after our clients property as if it were our own, and with clients still with us since we opened in 2003, we think we're delivering on our promise.

Repairs & Maintenance

Having high quality repairs done by prompt, reliable & trustworthy tradesmen is essential for any landlord. Granger & Oaks work hard to provide our clients with a 1st class repairs and maintenance service and we use a group of local trusted tradesmen that provide us with an outstanding service at a very fair price. We also utilise the latest technology that allows tenants to report faults on-line at any time of day in any language.

General Advice

To keep abreast of Landlords legal obligations, we send regular newsletters and we also provide regular market information for landlords thinking of buying or selling. We are active members of EMPO, the local landlords association, so we have a good grasp of local legislation that affects landlords too. View our latest news pages here

Legionella Control

Since 2013 Landlords have a responsibility for the control of Legionella in property they rent. Our Property Managers are trained to carry out initial risk assesments and they will advise you if they believe your property requires a formal inspection.

We have also produced a guide for tenants, to help them manage the risk in the property in which they live. The tenants guide can be found here.

Selective Licensing

In August 2018 Nottingham City Council brought in their Selective Licensing Scheme. The scheme covers over 90% of the greater Nottingham area,  and requires privately rented property to be licencsed, at a cost of £780. Find out more on our News pages here
